Fee Rules & Sibling Pricing

Fee Rules automate an agreed pricing policy. Rules belong to a Club Fee and are copied when that Fee is assigned to a Team. The current rule is Sibling Pricing.

Set up Sibling Pricing

1. Create or edit a Club Fee.
2. Open the Rules tab.
3. Select Sibling Pricing.
4. Enter the First Member, Second Member, and Third+ Member amounts.
5. Save the Fee.

How family grouping works

ClubPayee groups Members who share:

• the same Payer;
• the same Season; and
• the same underlying Club Fee.

It normally orders known Dates of Birth from oldest to youngest. Members without a Date of Birth come after those with one, so accurate dates are important.

The Team Fee starts with the normal charge. ClubPayee then adds an automatic Member Adjustment for the difference at the relevant sibling tier. The Member’s Financial History explains both the Fee and the discount.

If the rule or family arrangement changes, ClubPayee adds correcting Adjustments. Earlier financial activity remains visible.
